Abstract
Computer producer Bull at the end of the eighties faces the necessity to transform its performance concept from a manufacturing model to a service and innovation model. Such a transformation is hampered by the difficulty to change actors’ interpretation schemes and formal management systems. This situation is analyzed on the basis of the pragmatic theories of learning.
