Work and associated values are debated issues these days. A recent research shows what people really fond out of their own work when they are committed to it: concreteness, pleasure, tension and pride seem to be the main characteristics of this commitment. Instead of intending to provide any kind of meaning for others'work, it would be wise to remember what people can actually find by themselves
