      "fr" => "L'article généralise la réingénierie à des processus inter-organisationnels. Pour obtenir un tel résultat, nous faisons  appel aux concepts de l'approche systémique ainsi qu'à des outils de modélisation des systèmes d'information. L'approche systémique nous permet d'identifier notamment les frontières du processus à reconfigurer. Le positionnement de ces frontières nous amène à inclure ou à exclure des parties du processus externe à l'organisation. La contribution des systèmes d'information réside dans la modélisation conceptuelle du processus. Cette démarche est illustrée à l'aide d'un cas réel."
      "en" => "This paper describes a step forward in the reengineering of inter-organizational processes. Our approach borrows from systemic concepts and information system modeling tools. Systemic concepts enable us to identify the limits of the process. The definition of such borders allows us either to include or to exclude parts of the process. The contribution of information systems lies mainly in the conceptual design of processes. The approach is illustrated by real-life case study."
