The new norms ISO 9000-2000 give an increased role to the HR dimension (appointment, training, remuneration, recognition...) and the systems of reference of the main quality-prices (Baldrige, EFMQ) reinforce the role of the HR function in the quality demand. The function works out this evaluation tools to HR quality and adopts the "PDCA" demand.
