La qualité de l’emploi : validation internationale d’un instrument de mesure

This article theme of changes in the quality of employment and its progressive integration in management research. It aims to overcome a critical gap in the literature by validating a measurement scale for reporting expectations in terms of quality of employment. The scale in question is based on indicators of Laeken (2001) and has been developed ad hoc during a previous research (Ben Yedder and Peretti, 2009). The validation of the scale was made on an international student sample (n = 801) enrolled in institutions in France, China and the United Arab Emirates.
