La protection de la vie privée du salarié

Study of the protection of private life of an employee at work, which takes into consideration the most recent regulations (law 31/12/92) and court decisions on the matter. This study shows that the employees' right to a free private life is in opposition to the employer's right to regulate the behavior of employees.
