The city of Chennai, capital of Tamil Nadu State in India had been confronted for years to heavy garbage littering on public roads, incompatible with sanitary security and the rouristic attractiveness of the city. A call for bids has been organized to delegate the collect and burying of households garbage. The legal, management and social aspects of this delegation are the key points of this care study
