Abstract
This book examines the success factors of a global assignment. The ultimate aims are both to further develop a theoretical knowledge of international mobility and to offer practical recommendations to companies and potential expatriates. This book originates from a piece of research which tests a theoretical model of international adjustment from a sample of French expatriates based in 44 countries.
