      "fr" => "Les systèmes d'information de supply chain management ont bénéficié d'un marketing très actif. La réalité de leur déploiement est plus modeste. Pour bien comprendre le déphasage existant, il faut cerner les trois dimensions clefs des processus logistiques : conception, pilotage et exécution des opérations. Les besoins en matière de systèmes d'information logistiques sont ainsi plus faciles à cerner. Cinq natures de problèmes existent en matière de système d'information logistique pour lesquels les supports supply chain management n'apportent que des solutions partielles et nécessitent une capacité à évoluer et à migrer plus grande."

In order to have a better view on hte gap, it is necessary to well understand what are the three main processes in logistics: engineering, monitoring and executing the operations. So, the needs for Information Systems are easier to define. Five natures of problems exist in logistics information systems. The supply chain supports give only limited solutions and they need to be much more able to migrate."
