Abstract
Human Sciences face a radical epistemological problem : they have to deal with different kinds of political regimes. Yet, the moral neutrality that Max Weber defended from a methodological point of view has serious political consequences on human existence. It is high time for Human Sciences to deal with this issue. We follow here the line of Leo Strauss in his investigation concerning the status of Human Sciences in the face of tyranny.
