To ensure the changing of the babyboomers and to manage the careers of generations to the contrasted courses, the company renovate tools to attract, retain and mobilize the potentials. Four challenges to take up: to revitalize the career of the seniors, to detect and fidelize high potentials, to propose the company with the chart, to integrate international equity.
