The principal strength of a leader lies in their exceptional capacity to express their ideas, to speak with others, and convince them. The leader is someone who takes and holds the oration. All definitions of a leader underline this. A leader must have the capacity to communicate their ideas, their enthusiasm, and to convince his interlocutors. A leader must be a good speaker.
