The relationship between human resource management and staff-members must be detailed, using a client-supplier approach. The internal clients of HRM belong to four different categories, that all have different needs. Based on an analysis of these needs, this chapter presents a process fulfilling the most important ones : equity, employability, ethics, security, competitiveness and work sharing.
