Faced with an increasingly individualized career management, the offering of various levels of freedom of choice is bound to develop over the years to come. Our results, obtained through multiple regressions, highlight that the possibility of choice related to the organization of work, to training, to compensation and to allocation of work time, can have an influence on the intent to quit and the affective commitment.
