The economic diagnosis of the city of Val-de-Reuil is set up by a shiftand share analysis of the employment by sector and by qualification. The reference space is constituted by the towns of Haute-Normandie above 10.000 inhabitants. Thus, the particular position of this city in the regional urban hierarchy is enlightened.
