Abstract
Careers are no longer what they used to be. ‘New careers’ require innovation to be managed. Too often, organizations seem to manage jobs more than careers.  Individuals may feel disarmed facing a greater responsibility for their career. Based on academic research, this book offers a new practical approach called “career co-management”.
