Abstract
This research shows how the companies having opted for a project based organization are able to ensure both the transfer, the storage and the restoration of the knowledge acquired during projects. The implementation of IT’s tools accessible to all projects’ actors and of procedures of systematic saving in databases of learning experiences’ results carried out during projects, calls into question the limits perceived like inherent to the implementation of a project-based organization, namely the “dilution” of the organizational knowledge.
