Analyze of two "refere" procedures of 6/11/01 (TGI Nanterre) and 6/12/2001 (TGI Paris) in which the judges appreciate in opposite ways nature and amount of the moral wrong undergone by one participating with the Loft Story broadcast, whose voluntary "hidden maternity" was revealed by the press people.
