There are often contradictory assumptions with regards to both the changes in mobility in the 20 coming years and the place of the vehicles in the market. Beyond all uncertainties, it is widely accepted that the development of electromobility will involve a complete disruption of supply and demand. The purpose of this article is to show how an innovative and prospective project on this issue requires a specific knowledge management, mixing different levels of learning, a plural methodology and multiple point of views.
