Abstract
In his teaching and research activities, Jacky Akoka has always considered information systems from the double point of view of engineering and management. This book in his honor is composed of 26 chapters organized into six themes, reflecting his main areas of expertise: (1) business intelligence, (2) quality and evaluation of information systems, (3) information systems, standards, and security, (4) information systems and semantics, (5) business and software processes, and (6) management and governance of information systems, human resource management. Colleagues, friends, or former students of Jacky Akoka have joined together to honor him and express their recognition. Researchers or professionals, French or international, specialists in information systems or other disciplines, the contributors provide a unique perspective on current research and practice in information systems engineering and management.
