Abstract
This communication intends to show that various stages of the professional life (expatriation, training, …) of future leaders, beyond the pure acquisition of required competences for top management activities, can also, under certain conditions of accompaniment (creating transitional space and rites of passage), support the development of people maturity and “virtues” such as autonomy, reflexivity and sense of responsibility.
