      "fr" => "Ce texte formalise le rôle des "coûts fixes" du travail dans l'explication de l'horaire et des effectifs observés dans un système concurrentiel décentralisé. L'analyse proposée relève la formation systématique d'un conflit portant sur l'horaire de travail et explique la permanence d'un rationnement des travailleurs qui sont contraints d'accepter des horaires dépassant leur offre walrasienne. Elle offre un point de vue particulier sur l'étude des effets des réductions légales de l'horaire préconisées comme instrument de lutte contre le chômage."
      "en" => "This text aims at formalizing the role played by fixed costs of labor in explaining the daily working time and the number of employed workers in a decentralized competitive system. It is shown that such costs account for overwork since the duration of the working day exceeds their Walrasian supply. The proposed analytical framework sheds its own light on the effects of mandatory reduction of working time on the demand for labor."
