Grèce : l'orgueil des chefs d'Etat

The Maastricht treaty establishing the euro has three major rules: countries are fiscally independent (no bail-out clause), budget deficits are caped, the Euopean central bank is independent. In order to bail-out Greece these three rules have been broken.
