Abstract
This lesson deals with new orientations on corporate governance of the European Commission and the way it is implemented in the Ten New Member States. Clearly, the anglo-saxon model is chosen even if in such States, companies don’t need really to apply such a model because of the concentration of the capital in major companies. The challenge for the New Member-States is crucial: to create confidence for possible shareholders in a context where corruption is widespread.
