Gérer les Baby Boomers

The French demographic context is the reflect of the post-war baby boom, and the arrival of new classes in the framework since 1974 has had an incidence in the career path. The analysis of population pyramid shows the necessity of new management policies of human resources in order to avoid a clash of generations.
