Gérer la diversité culturelle au sein du personnel en France

In this paper France is used as a vehicle to investigate what meanings and elements such as race and/or tehnicity are attached to the term "diversity", and how these different connotations affect and shape organizational and managerial responses to the management of an increasingly multi-cultural workforce.
