Among the four missions of the HR function, today the one oriented towards the future is being emphasized (partner, strategy and changes induced) as well as the administrative expatriation thanks to opportunities offered by the NTIC. The mission "strengthen the salaries' motivation" is left aside and handed over to the superior in the ??? of the function share trend. This division is profitable if the HRD develops means to measure the level of motivation, identifies and points out the positive experiences and favours an adaptate leadership model.
