      "fr" => "CD-Rom Depuis longtemps, des changements structurels sont observés dans l’industrie agro-alimentaire et aiguisent l’intérêt stratégique des décideurs. Le travail présente des modèles de la dynamique des systèmes relatifs à la production de porcs, de sirop d’érable et de vin de Champagne. Il montre comment ces modèles sont assez souples et flexibles pour étudier les défis auxquels fait face l’industrie agro-alimentaire. Les modèles de la dynamique des systèmes sont utiles pour éclairer les décisions en période de changement structurel, de rupture. En utilisant des données récentes, ces modèles apportent les moyens de rationaliser et documenter les perspectives envisagées par les décideurs."
      "en" => "Noticeable structural change has for a long time been a feature of the food industry and of strategic interest to decision-makers. This paper presents system dynamics (SD) models for hog, maple syrup, and Champagne productions. It discusses how they are well-suited and flexible to examine challenges facing the food system. This paper argues that system dynamics models are useful to inform decision at times of change. These models can effectively rely on recent data and provide a means to rationalize and document the mental models of decision-makers."
