Export Cartels in Primary Products: The Potash Case in Perspective
Expert cartels are exempted from the competition law of exporting countries and are difficult to fight by imparting countries even if they have a competition law. This is evidenced by the potash expert cartel case. There is a need for a new governance of international markets.
