Abstract
This article examines the corporate social responsibility in the context of expatriation by combining the traditional approach of expatriation and the psychoanalytical approach. Our empirical results show that expatriation sparks off see changes into how people perceive themselves and their environment. Concerning international mobility policies, companies have the responsibility to promote the awareness becoming of these changes during the various steps of expatriation.
