Evolution des fusions-acquisitions et alliances dans l'agroalimentaire français depuis 1996

Mergers, acquisitions and alliances involving a French food company are analyzed from 1996 to 2002. The period is characterized by a wave of deals that are more and more international. More than 25% of deals are acquisitions of companies divested by large firms which focus on their core business.
