For 15 years, remuneration policies have witnessed an evolution in arbitrations between individual and collective needs, immediate and deferred retribution, fixed and variable salary. The complexity of these arbitrations has strongly increased as well. It is today essential to evaluate these policies and make sure they are in phase with the company's strategic guidelines. Based upon a strategic analysis and a segmented approach, it is now possible to overhaul the practicers and to update the arbitrations.
