      "fr" => "L'étude a pour but de tenter de cerner le sens que le droit français accorde à l'éthique d'entreprise. Les décisions pénales judiciaires en matière d'abus de biens sociaux sont analysées. L'étude a aussi pour but de comparer l'éthique française à l'éthique anglo-saxonne. L'étude essaie enfin de rechercher l'éthique qui se dégage des propositions françaises ou anglo-saxonnes en matière de "corporate governance"."
