Abstract
Indian organizations have initiated adoption of innovative human resource management practices to strengthen and build a global workforce that both critically and constructively foster creativity and innovation amongst employees. With help of eleven in-depth case studies and a survey result this article tries to understand how innovative HR practices are being adopted by Indian firms to build a global workforce in the post liberalization scenario.
