Emotional Intelligence and Cross-cultural Adjustment as Predictor of Managerial Success in Global Assignment
In this article we suggest that emotional intelligence is a key determinant of cross-cultural adjustment and success in international adjustment. We examine empirically the relationships between emotional intelligence, cross-cultural adjustment and success in international adjustment.
