Abstract
Critized by ecologists and antiliberal associations, the big companies Danone, Esso and Areva chose to defend themselves by using the trade-mark law to dispute the use of their marks and logos by their opponents. Although they obtained some successes in front of the judges of first instance, we can think it is a true falsification of the trade-mark law attacking freedom of expression, and that the courts of appeal will say it soon clearly.
