Abstract
Although forecasts of job prospects suggest an impending skills shortage in the fields of information systems and information technology (IS/IT), student demand for courses in information systems remains low. Course frameworks emphasising people, business and technology skills are proposed in this paper, both to appeal to prospective students and to address the skills shortage in this area.
