      "fr" => "CD-Rom Bien que les prévisions des perspectives d'emploi suggèrent l'imminence d'une pénurie de compétences dans les domaines des systèmes d'information et de technologie de l'information (SI/TI), la demande des étudiants pour des cours dans les systèmes d'information reste faible. Des structures de cours mettant en valeur les personnes, des entreprises et des  compétences technologiques sont proposées dans le présent document, à la fois pour lancer un appel aux futurs étudiants et pour répondre à la pénurie de compétences dans ce domaine."
