Abstract
The developed approach shows that organizing consultation procedures is not enough to favor the emergence of creative decision solutions or proposals. We will see that groups adopt dynamics against which the mediator or facilitator, helped by a reference frame, has to fight. The conceptualization proposed, based on Bion’s group theory, will be illustrated in three experiences of facilitation, two in the field of local democracy, one in the field of negotiation teaching.
