Des restrictions inacceptables à la liberté d'action des syndicats

Comment of a TGI Bobigny judgement of January 11, 2005 condemning a trade union for the diffusion on its Internet site of bee-sayning "confidential" informations relating to a company. This judgement gives concept of information "confidential" a highly contestable definition, just as the "representativeness" of company's personnel by the trade union. It is hoped that the Court of Appeal will reform it.
