Des accords gagnant gagnant en 2003

The signature of an agreement of RDT opens with the company the access to the assistances and, to reach that point, the company cannot require sacrifices on behalf of the employees. When trade unions negotiate not very popular installations near the employees, they are often repudiated. Conflicts "35 hours" are numerous and illustrate the toughening of the approaches. The concern of ther DRH of being partner of businesses leads them to negotiate agreements relating to policies and practices of remuneration lying within the scope of the strategies of enterprise.
