Démarche pragmatiste et mise en processus dans les situations de gestion
On the basis of a large service company, it is shown how process analysis can transform actors' judgment about their own collective activity and closely link reflexivity and cooperativeness in action. To analyze this type of situation, philosopher John Dewey's theory of inquiry will be used as a frame.
