Définir et mesurer la fidélité organisationnelle

The development of customer loyalty of the employees presents important manager stakes in the current context of talented shortage. This article proposes a definition of the organizational fidelity, the elaboration of a scale of measure and the check of its empirical solidity. The validated scale establishes an operational tool.
