Abstract
This chapter draws on clinical work psychology to propose the concept of daily creativity at work. It offers a typology and various examples. This process, which is spontaneously initiated by the worker, positively impacts on performance and well-being at work under facilitating conditions, among which the renouncement to “manage” it.
