Comment of the suggestions of the CNIL as regards monitoring of undertaken means of cybercommunication used by the employees, means placed at their disposal by their boss. The suggestions of the CNIL should lead to creation of a new firm function, that of "delegated to the data protection in personal matter and usage of new technologies in the firm".
