Corporate Governance. An Inappropriate Reference to the Anglo-saxon System

The concept of independence in France and in the anglo-saxon world is not the same. French low cannot admit the legal existence of an independent director. Either you are a director or you are not. Differences between management practices and issues are relevant and must not be neglected when it comes to importing a management model.
