Abstract
Even though it is admitted that knowledge management is a multidisciplinary subject, the frameworks proposed in the literature remain incomplete. The aim of this paper is therefore to propose an integrated framework for knowledge management. The contribution of information systems, information technologies and management is completed with more individual theories of learning (science of education and cognitive psychology). A possible application to knowledge management systems is presented.
