      "fr" => "S'il est admis que le management des connaissances est un thème pluridisciplinaire, les cadres de référence proposés dans la littérature demeurent incomplets. Par conséquent, cet article a pour objectif de proposer un cadre de référence intégrateur pour le management des connaissances. L'apport des systèmes et technologies de l'information et du management est complété par des théories plus individuelles de l'apprentissage (sciences de l'éducation et psychologie cognitive). Une application possible aux systèmes de management des connaissances est présentée."
      "en" => "Even though it is admitted that knowledge management is a multidisciplinary subject, the frameworks proposed in the literature remain incomplete. The aim of this paper is therefore to propose an integrated framework for knowledge management. The contribution of information systems, information technologies and management is completed with more individual theories of learning (science of education and cognitive psychology). A possible application to knowledge management systems is presented."
