Comment rémunérer les babyboomers et les plus de 50 ans

The present ageing of the population might have serious consequences for the economy : it might increase the amount of wages that companies must pay, and it might imply the demobilization of workers over 40 or 50 years old. Therefore, it is necessary to define a new balance between fixed and variable compensations, individual and collective ones, immediate and long run compensations, all this according to the expectations of wage-earners who are reaching the middle of their careers.
