Baby-boomers are entering their fifties as from 1996 and their number is creating serious problems in career management. In order to manage the mobility of such salaried staff, reinforce strengths and avoid weakness, it is necessary to reconsider the management of both remuneration and training, the present obstacles to harmonious career management.
