Comment gérer le sentiment précoce de fin de vie professionnelle

Age-based discriminatory HR policies in the company determine the early feeling of ending one's professional life (SPTVP) characterized by the shift of the employee's commitment from the professional splure to other spheres. The audit of HR practices allows to reduce the risk of encouraging the SPTVP.
