Comment gérer le secteur halieutique ?
This paper makes a diagnosis of the state of the management of the halieutic sector's management in Morroco, and proposes a methodological framework to solve the problem of optimal allocation of halieutical resources, as well as the problem of optimal provisionning, within each industry.
